Fee : Rs. 9,125 to be paid in the name of "National Institute of Cleanliness Education and Research" payable at New Delhi and sent by Speed Post along with the filled up Admission Form.
Online Admission : The applicants must download the attached Admission / Application Form, fill-up the same, paste the photograph, attach educational qualification details and email the same to : [email protected] immediately. Simultaneously transfer the fee of Rs. 9,125 to our Bank Account. The details of the account and bank are as below:

As soon as we receive the admission / application form and other details by email and the fee transferred to the above mentioned bank account, we will email the identity card and the roll number along with the study materials. The study materials will also be despatched in a CD along with the hard copy of the identity card.
Examinations : The examinations will be held online in the premises of the schools, colleges, universities, factories, municipalities, public and private sector organizations from where the students will come or get nominated for admission.
Receipt of Filled-up Forms : Completed applications along with the fee of Rs. 9,125 in the form of a Bank Draft in the name of "National Institute of Cleanliness Education and Research" payable at New Delhi and documents may also be sent by post to the Director, National Institute of Cleanliness Education and Research, A 14-15-16, Paryavaran Complex, New Delhi - 30 in case there is any difficulty in emailing or in transferring the fee.
Despatch of Identity Card and Books / CD : After the receipt of the filled-up application / admission form along with the fee and other relevant documents etc., the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in charge of admissions will despatch the Identity Card, Money Receipt with Roll Number and Books / CD by Speed Post.

The above mentioned universities besides Kalasalingam University and Sastra University, Tamil Nadu have also signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Cleanliness Education and Research (NICER) for conducting the Ph.D. degree in the allied areas with a view to utilizing the research findings for ensuring a cleaner as well as greener India.
