6. The Admission continues throughout the year.
7. The Identity Card and the Study Materials will be e-mailed to the aspiring candidate / applicant within 24 hours after the receipt of the fee and the Admission Form.
8. The Study Materials in the form of CD and the hard copy of the Identity Card will also be dispatched to the admitted candidate by Speed Post within 10 days from the date of the receipt of completed applications and the fee with photographs.
9. The Examinations will be conducted in June and December every year online as well as offline.

The National Institute of Cleanliness Education and Research (NICER) is an inter-university institution for studies, training, research, consultancy, conference organisation, awareness generation and preparation of instructional materials with a view to preparing a competent cadre of young professionals in the areas of Cleanliness, Hygiene and Sanitation Education (CHASE) as envisaged by the Prime Minister of India under the Swachchh Bharat Abhiyan, Skilled India, Stand-up India, Start-up India, Make-in-India, Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan and Create Job Givers and Not Job Seekers Campaign.

Duration : 3 Months Eligibility : Students between 10 to 15 years of age. Others having no formal qualifications may also get admitted in the Certificate Course.
Duration : 6 Months Eligibility : Those who have completed 10th Class are eligible to apply.
